Shipping Coverage

At present, No.1 Urban Aesthetics only offers shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please allow for potential delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

All orders are shipped using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri, depending on the size and value of the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is correct. No.1 Urban Aesthetics is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
